2. Command the Space. Stepping onto the stage is like stepping into your personal power zone. Own it! Be mindful of your posture; stand tall, relax your shoulders, open your chest, and look out over the crowd. This not only projects confidence but also allows you to breathe more freely, which in turn helps you speak more clearly and strongly.

Walking around the stage as you talk creates movement and keeps your audience engaged. Use gestures that are natural yet expressive to emphasize your points.
